At Spray Paw Pro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Process

Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
